ABOUT THE JOB
The Tire Installer works in Costco’s Tire Centre performing tire installations, rotations, balancing, and related services. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Locate member vehicles in the tire centre or parking area.
- Remove wheels and tires using proper equipment and safety procedures.
- Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires according to industry standards.
- Operate tire mounting, balancing, and wheel alignment equipment.
- Install and remove TPMS sensors and wheel weights as required.
- Inspect tires and wheels for damage and proper fit.
- Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Tire Centre.
- Assist members with product questions and service recommendations.
- Follow all safety, security, and departmental procedures.
