Costco is hiring a Tire Installer in Gatineau, Quebec. This position supports tire centre operations by installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while delivering excellent member service in a safe and organized environment.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Tire Installer at Costco, you will perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and inspections. You will assist members with tire-related services, follow safety standards, and support daily operations in the Tire Centre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires according to industry standards.
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety issues.
- Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment.
- Remove and install wheels and tires safely and efficiently.
- Assist members by answering tire-related questions and providing recommendations.
- Prepare tire purchase and service invoices.
- Perform TPM sensor installation and replacement when required.
- Conduct vehicle safety checks during tire service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tire centre.
- Follow all safety, security, and departmental procedures.
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and merchandising of tires.
- Support warranty returns and documentation.
- Help move and park member vehicles when required.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
