ABOUT THE JOB
The Tire Centre Sales Assistant works closely with the tire centre team to provide excellent member service, support sales activities, and assist with administrative and operational tasks. This position involves interacting with members, handling purchase documentation, and supporting technicians while following safety and company procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with tire and automotive service inquiries and provide product information.
- Process tire purchases, service invoices, and warranty documentation accurately.
- Schedule and manage service appointments in a timely manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to member questions professionally.
- Maintain accurate records related to sales, inventory, and service orders.
- Support tire centre operations by coordinating with technicians and management.
