As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your priority is to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will greet guests, take their orders, prepare beverages and baked goods, and help keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, friendliness and professionalism.
- Take and prepare guest orders including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, baked goods, sandwiches and wraps.
- Follow Tim Hortons recipes, product standards and food safety procedures.
- Use restaurant equipment safely and according to operating guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide quick, accurate and courteous service to every guest.
