ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your main goal is to ensure guest satisfaction. Whether you are greeting guests at the counter or preparing bakery items and beverages in the kitchen, you will help create a warm, efficient and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with friendliness and hospitality.
- Take and prepare guest orders including coffees, iced beverages, donuts, baked goods and more.
- Prepare tasty sandwiches and wraps according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Follow Tim Hortons procedures and product guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
- Use and maintain equipment correctly by following all operating instructions.
- Help keep the restaurant clean, organized and safe throughout your shift.
- Have fun while contributing to an exceptional guest experience every day.
