ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, take their orders, prepare beverages and baked goods, and help create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued. You will also support your teammates to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take and complete guest orders including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, baked goods and other menu items.
- Prepare delicious sandwiches and wraps according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Follow all Tim Hortons guidelines and procedures for product preparation and food safety.
- Use and care for equipment properly, following all operating instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area throughout your shift.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment while providing exceptional guest service.
