ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You will work in different areas of the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, and food preparation stations. Your energy, positive attitude, and ability to multitask will help ensure guests receive quick, accurate, and friendly service on every visit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Take orders, process payments, and serve food and beverages according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Prepare coffee, baked goods, and other menu items following recipes and portion guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, front counter, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Work as part of a team to keep service fast, accurate, and organized during busy periods.
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling procedures at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service background preferred.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in Quick Service is an asset.
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
