ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction. Whether you are welcoming guests at the counter or preparing bakery items and beverages in the kitchen, you will help create a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who visits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with friendliness and hospitality.
- Take and prepare guest orders including coffees, iced cappuccinos, baked goods, donuts and more.
- Prepare delicious sandwiches and wraps.
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and procedures when preparing products for guests.
- Use and maintain equipment according to operating guidelines.
- Help keep the restaurant clean, safe and well organized.
- Have fun while providing exceptional guest service.
