ABOUT THE JOB
As a Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, guide Team Members, and ensure that brand standards for service, quality, and cleanliness are consistently met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and serve guests with courtesy, positivity, and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant following Tim Hortons’ high standards.
- Prepare and serve Tim Hortons products accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure exceptional customer service during every shift.
- Lead and support Team Members to meet operational objectives.
- Encourage teamwork and create a positive work atmosphere.
- Resolve problems calmly and effectively.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and ensure compliance.
- Assist with shift tasks, operations, and any additional duties as required.
