ABOUT THE JOB
As a Supervisor at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You will oversee front-of-house activities, support Team Members, and ensure that service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for guests while helping the restaurant run smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with hospitality and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Oversee guest orders including coffees, iced Capps®, donuts, sandwiches, and wraps.
- Follow and train others on Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests.
- Support Team Members during peak periods to maintain fast, accurate, and friendly service.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining room, front counter, and work areas.
- Help resolve guest concerns in a professional and positive manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to work weekends and early-morning shifts (this role requires 5 AM availability).
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused attitude.
