ABOUT THE JOB
As a Storefront Team Member, your priority is to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service at the front counter. You’ll greet guests, prepare beverages and baked goods, handle payments, and help keep the dining area clean and inviting. This position is ideal for people who enjoy interacting with customers and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly greet guests, take orders, and answer basic questions about the menu.
- Prepare and serve coffees, teas, Iced Capps®, baked goods, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Operate the cash register, process payments accurately, and handle cash and cards responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter, condiment station, and dining area.
- Monitor guest needs and ensure that orders are served quickly and correctly.
- Work closely with other team members to support smooth operations during busy periods.

REQUIREMENTS
