ABOUT THE JOB
As a Store Associate at Dollarama, you will support the smooth execution of daily store operations. Your responsibilities will include unloading and stocking merchandise, serving customers at the cash register and helping to keep the store clean, safe and well organized. Full-time and part-time roles are available based on store operational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unpack pallets and organize merchandise in the backroom and on the sales floor.
- Box and unbox daily shipments, ensuring products are checked and stored correctly.
- Stock, face and rotate items on shelves in accordance with Dollarama presentation standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting shoppers and answering basic questions.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions and handle simple returns following store procedures.
- Help maintain store cleanliness, including aisles, checkouts and common areas.
- Support price changes, promotional displays and seasonal merchandising as required.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and promptly report any hazards or incidents to management.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to complete daily tasks and meet store performance goals.
