ABOUT THE JOB
As a Store Associate at Dollarama, you will support daily store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, serving customers at the checkout and keeping the store clean and organized. Full-time and part-time roles are available depending on store requirements and your availability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and unpack daily pallets and organize merchandise in the backroom and on the sales floor.
- Receive, stock and rotate products on shelves in line with Dollarama presentation standards.
- Ensure shelves are properly filled, faced and labelled to maximize visibility and ease of shopping.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service by greeting shoppers and responding to questions.
- Operate a cash register, process payments and handle basic returns following store procedures.
- Help maintain store cleanliness, including aisles, checkouts and common areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and report any hazards, incidents or maintenance needs.
- Assist with price changes, promotional displays and seasonal merchandising as directed.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to complete daily tasks and meet store performance goals.
