ABOUT THE JOB
As a Store Associate at Dollarama, you will support day-to-day store operations, from receiving and stocking merchandise to assisting customers at the cash. You will help maintain store standards, ensure shelves are well presented and contribute to a clean and safe shopping experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and unpack daily pallets and organize merchandise in the backroom and on the sales floor.
- Receive, stock and rotate products in accordance with Dollarama presentation standards.
- Ensure shelves are properly filled, ticketed and faced to optimize product visibility.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting shoppers and answering questions.
- Operate a cash register, process payments and handle returns following store procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including aisles, checkout areas and common spaces.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents to management.
- Support price changes, promotional setups and seasonal merchandising as required.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily workload targets and store performance goals.
