ABOUT THE JOB
The Stocker plays an essential role in maintaining a well-organized and fully stocked sales floor. This position involves handling merchandise, following merchandising plans, and working closely with warehouse teams to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock and rotate merchandise on the sales floor according to merchandising standards.
- Move products from pallets to shelves and displays using manual equipment.
- Ensure pricing accuracy, correct signage, and proper product placement.
- Assist with setting up, adjusting, and maintaining product displays.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and follow security procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in stocking and storage areas.
- Provide courteous assistance to members by helping locate products.
