ABOUT THE JOB
As a Stocker at Costco, you will be responsible for ensuring products are properly stocked, displayed, and available for members while following safety, merchandising, and operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock and straighten merchandise for sale in the warehouse.
- Align products, collect and return stray items to maintain high product levels.
- Communicate with supervisors and managers to determine merchandising plans and priorities.
- Break down merchandise and place items on shelves or pallets.
- Move and position pallets using manual pallet jacks.
- Wrap products and apply labels when required.
- Create and maintain computer-generated signs; mark unmarked products.
- Operate shrink-wrap machines and assist with balers and trash compactors.
- Pull loose cardboard and plastic from floors and clean sales areas.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to Costco members.
- Assist members in locating items and loading large products into carts.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
