ABOUT THE JOB
As a Soup & Sandwich Team Member, you will work mainly in the food preparation area, assembling sandwiches, preparing soups, and ensuring that all products meet Tim Hortons standards. You’ll follow recipes, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and work closely with your teammates to keep guests satisfied and service running smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare soups, sandwiches, and related food items according to Tim Hortons recipes and standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stocked, rotated, and stored following food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and food prep surfaces.
- Follow portion control, presentation, and quality guidelines for every product served.
- Work as part of a team to support front-of-house operations and provide a great guest experience.
- Comply with all health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times.
