ABOUT THE JOB
As a Restaurant Manager, you empower and lead your team to deliver outstanding guest service every day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, train and coach a diverse team to achieve Tim Hortons high standards of operation.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Plan, organize and oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting.
- Monitor sales, costs and key metrics, and help develop plans to achieve targeted goals.
- Ensure consistent adherence to food safety, health regulations and brand standards.
- Support scheduling, labour management and delegation of tasks across the team.
- Address guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
- Promote a positive culture that encourages teamwork, recognition and development.

- Customer service background preferred.

- Previous experience in Quick Service is an asset.
