ABOUT THE JOB
As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you are a role model for your team and are responsible for providing outstanding service on every shift. You will oversee daily operations, support and train Team Members, and help the Owner maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage each shift by ensuring your team has all the tools and information needed to succeed.
- Apply Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests and operating equipment.
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain high operational standards.
- Promote a respectful, positive work environment with open communication and strong teamwork.
- Monitor guest service, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness throughout the day.
- Manage inventory and ordering to support efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Work a flexible schedule and support operations seven days a week as required.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally in food service or retail.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

- Organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
