ABOUT THE JOB
As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you create a respectful team environment and motivate Team Members to perform at their best. You will recruit, train, and coach a diverse team, maintain high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, and work closely with the Restaurant Owner to run a successful business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage each shift by ensuring your team has all the tools and information they need to succeed.
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests and operating equipment.
- Recruit, train, and coach Team Members and Supervisors to maintain Tim Hortons’ high operational standards.
- Promote a respectful, positive work environment with open communication and strong teamwork.
- Lead by example by demonstrating a passion for guest service and resolving guest concerns professionally.
- Oversee sales growth, labor control, and cost management to support profitable operations.
- Ensure that health, safety, and food handling standards are followed at all times.

REQUIREMENTS
- Customer service background preferred.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in Quick Service is an asset.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
