ABOUT THE JOB
As a Production Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You will work mainly in the back-of-house area, producing baked goods and prepared foods according to brand standards. In this fast-paced environment, your attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to follow procedures will contribute directly to the restaurant’s success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce quality baked goods and prepared foods according to Tim Hortons standards and guidelines.
- Follow operating procedures for each piece of equipment while preparing products for guests.
- Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and storage areas.
- Work efficiently during early-morning shifts to ensure products are ready for opening and peak periods.
- Have fun while making great products and supporting an exceptional guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience or training in food handling.
- Ability to work early-morning shifts.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
