ABOUT THE JOB
As a Production Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You will work behind the scenes to prepare fresh baked goods and other products that ensure guests enjoy a consistent, high-quality experience every time they visit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce quality baked goods and prepared foods following Tim Hortons recipes and standards.
- Follow Tim Hortons guidelines when preparing products and using each piece of equipment.
- Stock, rotate, and organize ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils throughout the shift.
- Support front-line Team Members by keeping all baked items stocked and ready for guests.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Have fun while making our guests’ day with great products and reliable service.

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work early mornings, days, or weekends as required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Previous baking or food production experience is an asset, but not required.
