ABOUT THE JOB
As a Pharmacy Assistant at Lawtons, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth pharmacy workflow by assisting pharmacists, preparing prescriptions, managing inventory, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in processing, labelling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide friendly, professional service at the pharmacy counter.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing medications and supplies.
- Operate pharmacy computer systems and maintain accurate patient and prescription records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Support pharmacists in administering pharmacy programs such as medication reviews and wellness services.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the dispensary area.
