ABOUT THE JOB
As an overnight production team member, your top priority is getting the restaurant ready for success the next day. You will focus on preparing baked products, organizing production areas, following food safety standards and supporting overall restaurant operations during late night and early morning hours. Your work ensures guests enjoy fresh, high-quality products as soon as the doors open.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and operate production equipment to prepare baked goods and other food items.
- Follow Tim Hortons recipes, production plans and food safety procedures at all times.
- Rotate, label and store products correctly to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Keep work areas, racks and equipment clean, sanitized and well organized.
- Assist with opening preparation so the front-of-house team is ready for morning service.
- Monitor product levels and communicate needs to management or teammates.
- Provide friendly, professional service if interacting with guests during the shift.

REQUIREMENTS
- Able to learn to use and operate various equipment (up to 25 lbs, including working in cold environments such as freezers).
- Comfortable working night and early morning shifts.
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Capable of working well under pressure while maintaining food safety standards.
