ABOUT THE JOB
The Optical Student works under the supervision of licensed optical professionals, assisting with eyewear selection, order processing, and basic optical tasks. This position is ideal for students currently enrolled in an approved optical program who are looking to develop practical skills while delivering excellent member service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members in selecting eyeglass frames and basic lens options.
- Process eyewear orders and support order pickup and delivery.
- Provide courteous and professional service at the optical counter.
- Perform basic optical tasks as permitted under supervision.
- Stock and organize optical merchandise and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical department.
- Follow safety, security, and department procedures.
