ABOUT THE JOB
As an Operations Manager at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity and cleanliness. You will travel between locations, support management teams, and drive strong results in guest satisfaction, sales and operational performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Service
- Support restaurants in delivering exceptional guest service.
- Monitor guest feedback, service standards and satisfaction metrics.
- Ensure each location maintains a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Work with restaurant leaders to improve service speed and overall guest experience.
- Operations
- Travel regularly to restaurant locations to support managers and teams.
- Conduct store visits and operational inspections.
- Ensure food safety, product quality and preparation standards are consistently met.
- Monitor labour costs, food costs and key performance indicators.
- Coach managers on implementing and following standardized procedures.
- Help develop and execute action plans to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all locations follow Tim Hortons policies, processes and safety guidelines.
- Administration & Reporting
- Analyze sales, labour and performance reports (GPS and inspections).
- Prepare operational summaries and follow-up plans.
- Support recruitment and development of restaurant management teams.
- Assist with budget planning and cost control as required.
