ABOUT THE JOB
As a Nightshift Team Member, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You will work mainly during the night, supporting service and basic preparation so that guests have a great experience at all hours. You’ll help serve products, keep the restaurant clean and organized, and make sure everything is ready for the morning shift.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests during the night shift.
- Prepare and serve Tim Hortons products such as beverages, baked goods, and light food items according to brand standards.
- Follow all Tim Hortons procedures and guidelines when using equipment and preparing products.
- Restock products and supplies to ensure everything is ready for early-morning guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area, kitchen, and dining room throughout the night.
- Work 4 to 5 nights per week, typically between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. (according to store needs).
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliability is critical for this position.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Comfortable working overnight and on weekends as required.
- Strong passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate and work well within a team.
