ABOUT THE JOB
As a Morning Baker at Tim Hortons, you will focus on producing high-quality baked goods and prepared foods according to brand standards. You will work mainly in the early hours to ensure that guests have fresh products available when the restaurant opens and throughout the morning rush.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and bake quality food products following Tim Hortons recipes and standards.
- Follow food safety, handling and cleanliness procedures at all times.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and according to training guidelines.
- Organize and rotate products to maintain freshness and availability.
- Support overall restaurant operations by communicating with the front-of-house team.
- Help maintain a clean, organized and safe production area.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.
