ABOUT THE JOB
The Member Service Assistant is responsible for welcoming members, verifying memberships, and helping maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position involves frequent interaction with members, monitoring entrances and exits, and supporting operational procedures to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members at warehouse entrances and verify membership cards.
- Check receipts at exits to ensure accuracy and thank members for their visit.
- Conduct safety and security checks throughout the warehouse and perimeter.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas for potential safety concerns.
- Assist members by providing directions, answering questions, and offering support.
- Report incidents, safety issues, or suspicious activity to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in entrance and exit areas.
