ABOUT THE JOB
As a Member Service Assistant at Costco, you will assist with membership verification, entry and exit checks, and warehouse safety procedures. You will interact frequently with members and employees, helping maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct warehouse safety and security checks throughout the facility.
- Verify memberships and welcome members entering the warehouse.
- Assist members with questions, directions, and basic support needs.
- Perform exit door checks and review receipts for accuracy.
- Monitor warehouse areas and report concerns to supervisors.
- Observe and report suspicious activity when required.
- Assist with armored transport pick-up and drop-off procedures.
- Help manage carts and provide loading assistance when needed.
- Drive warehouse vehicles for safety checks when assigned.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow all safety, security, and departmental procedures.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
