KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wrap, label, and package meat products using approved equipment.
- Stock and rotate meat products in display cases.
- Operate meat grinders and related equipment following safety procedures.
- Ensure accurate labeling, pricing, and product information.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Follow food safety, health, and temperature control standards.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to members.
