ABOUT THE JOB
As a Marketing Road Representative, you will actively engage with the public to promote Costco memberships. You will work both inside and outside the warehouse, participating in community events, answering questions, and explaining the benefits of Costco products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote Costco memberships in warehouse sales areas, events, and external locations.
- Approach and engage prospective members in person and by phone.
- Explain Costco products, services, and membership benefits.
- Assist with employee membership sign-ups and promotions.
- Schedule and manage membership sign-ups and related paperwork.
- Promote Executive Membership and credit card programs.
- Track daily activities, sign-ups, appointments, and incentives.
- Participate in local community events and trade shows.
- Support Marketing Managers in planning and executing campaigns.
- Provide excellent member service and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Work evenings and weekends as required.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse when needed.
