ABOUT THE JOB
As a Marketing Road Representative at Costco, you will interact with potential members both inside and outside the warehouse to promote membership benefits. This position combines customer engagement, sales support, and marketing activities while representing Costco in a professional and friendly manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with prospective members in person and by phone to promote Costco memberships.
- Explain Costco products, services, and membership benefits.
- Promote Executive Memberships and credit card programs.
- Schedule and assist with in-warehouse and off-site membership sign-up events.
- Collect and submit daily activity logs, sign-ups, and reports.
- Participate in local community events and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing plans.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to members and prospective members.
- Assist at the Membership Counter when required.
- Meet established membership growth goals.
- Follow all safety, security, and departmental procedures.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
