ABOUT THE JOB
As a Marketing Road Representative at Costco, you will help grow membership by talking with members in person and by phone, sharing the value of Costco membership, and supporting sign-up initiatives. You may also assist with community outreach, special events, and tracking activity related to membership programs while providing a friendly, professional member experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with current and prospective members to explain Costco membership benefits and answer questions.
- Promote membership sign-ups and upgrades, including Executive Membership (where applicable).
- Support membership outreach through in-warehouse interactions and phone follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments or follow-ups for membership services as needed.
- Assist with tracking sign-ups, activity logs, and basic reporting related to marketing initiatives.
- Represent Costco at local community events, trade shows, or promotional activities when scheduled.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service and respond to common inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Membership and Marketing teams to support ongoing programs.
- Follow safety, security, and departmental procedures at all times.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as necessary.
