ABOUT THE JOB
As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will guide and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service every day. You will train staff, maintain strong guest relationships, oversee food safety and operational standards, and support the Owner in achieving business goals within a fast-paced quick service environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, support and motivate team members to perform at their best.
