ABOUT THE JOB
As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for leading a larger team to maintain brand standards for service, quality, and cleanliness. You will support front-of-house operations, coach team members, and ensure that guests receive friendly, accurate, and efficient service whether they dine in, use drive-thru, or take out.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide great customer service and act as a role model for the team.
- Lead, motivate, and support Team Members during busy shifts.
- Achieve shift objectives by following Tim Hortons standards and company policies.
- Guide and coach subordinates on food preparation, service procedures, and guest interaction.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and work quickly to resolve issues.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and “can-do” attitude.
- Promote teamwork and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous supervising experience in food service or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable, responsible, and guest-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts as needed.
