ABOUT THE JOB
As a Food Service Assistant – Food Court at Costco, you will help prepare and serve food items, stock supplies, clean work areas, and ensure food safety standards are met. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy fast-paced environments and teamwork.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to members.
- Prepare hot food items such as pizza, fries, hot dogs, and baked items.
- Stock food, drinks, condiments, and supplies.
- Operate fryers and food preparation equipment.
- Accept and process food orders from members at the counter and by phone.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, counters, floors, tables, and seating areas.
- Clean and sanitize machines, work surfaces, pans, utensils, and counters.
- Dispose of waste and operate trash compactors when required.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as necessary.
