ABOUT THE JOB
As an Electronics Sales Assistant at Costco, you will assist members with electronics and major appliances, maintain product displays, and support daily sales operations. This position combines customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members by answering questions and providing product information.
- Demonstrate electronics and major appliance features when required.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales displays.
- Restock merchandise and rotate inventory to ensure availability.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding pricing, promotions, and stock levels.
- Check and approve merchandise for member returns when applicable.
- Ensure accurate signage, pricing, and product placement.
- Participate in merchandise moves and assist with floor resets.
- Follow safety, security, and departmental procedures.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
