ABOUT THE JOB
As an Electronics Sales Assistant at Costco, you will help members in the electronics/majors area by answering questions, supporting product selection, and ensuring merchandise is stocked, signed, and displayed correctly. You’ll work with the department team to maintain a clean, organized sales floor while following safety and security procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with questions about electronics and major appliances, providing helpful product guidance.
- Maintain merchandise standards by stocking, facing, and organizing products and displays.
- Ensure product signage and pricing are accurate and updated as needed.
- Support product receiving and movement to the sales floor, including safely handling boxed merchandise.
- Communicate product issues, inventory needs, and member requests to department leadership.
- Follow safety and security practices, including maintaining clean aisles and secure product handling.
- Help set up and maintain department displays and promotional areas.
- Collect and process items that need to be returned, relocated, or secured.
- Provide courteous member service and maintain a professional presence on the floor.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as necessary.
