The Electronics / Majors Sales Assistant helps members select electronics and major appliances while maintaining organized, well-stocked displays. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate features and benefits clearly to members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members by answering questions and providing information on electronics and major appliances.
- Demonstrate product features and explain specifications and benefits.
- Maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing product displays.
- Stock merchandise and ensure proper product rotation and signage.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding inventory levels and merchandising needs.
- Follow safety, security, and operational procedures on the sales floor.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional member service.
