Costco is hiring an Electronics / Majors Sales Assistant for its warehouse location in Kitchener, Ontario. This role focuses on assisting members in the electronics and major appliances area while maintaining excellent product knowledge and customer service.
ABOUT THE JOB
As an Electronics / Majors Sales Assistant at Costco, you will help members with electronics and major appliance purchases, demonstrate products, and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed. This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in consumer electronics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to Costco members.
- Answer member questions and demonstrate electronics and major appliances.
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Maintain current knowledge of electronics technology and sales trends.
- Assist members with loading products into carts.
- Set up, clean, and maintain product displays.
- Align and face merchandise and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
- Check and approve merchandise for member returns.
- Participate in merchandising moves and assist forklift drivers when needed.
- Organize security lock-up and clear debris from the sales floor.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as required.
