As a Cashier & Customer Service Team Member at Tim Hortons, your main responsibility is ensuring guest satisfaction. Whether you are welcoming guests at the counter or helping prepare baked goods and beverages, you contribute to creating a warm and enjoyable experience for everyone who visits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and greet guests with friendliness and professionalism.
- Take and prepare orders including coffees, iced beverages, donuts, baked goods and more.
- Prepare sandwiches and wraps according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Follow all brand guidelines for product preparation and equipment use.
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout every shift.
