ABOUT THE JOB
As a Cashier Assistant, you will help maintain smooth checkout operations by packing items, assisting members, and supporting cashiers as needed. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent member service at the front end.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist cashiers by packing member orders efficiently.
- Retrieve carts and help maintain front-end flow.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service.
- Assist members with loading items when required.
- Perform clean-up, cart retrieval, and merchandise restocking.
- Maintain cleanliness of cashier areas and front-end zones.
- Operate trash compactors and cardboard balers when required.
- Support cashier team during busy periods and promotions.
- Follow all safety, security, and department procedures.
- Assist in other warehouse areas as needed.
