ABOUT THE JOB
As a Baker at Costco, you will prepare and bake a wide variety of bakery products using commercial equipment, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellent service for Costco members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas and production standards.
- Measure, mix, and prepare doughs, batters, and fillings.
- Operate commercial ovens, mixers, proofers, and other bakery equipment.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
- Transfer finished products to cooling racks and prepare for display.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and bakery areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to Costco members.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse when required.
