ABOUT THE JOB
As an Assistant Store Manager at Dollarama, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of new store associates.
- Monitor daily store activities, including opening, closing and cash handling procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain customer service standards.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, backroom organization and inventory counts.
- Apply loss prevention practices and ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Act as a leader on the sales floor, guiding staff and supporting operational priorities.
