ABOUT THE JOB
Costco is hiring a Stocker in Burnaby, BC. This position focuses on stocking, organizing, and maintaining merchandise on the sales floor while ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock and straighten merchandise for sale in the warehouse.
- Align products according to merchandising standards and practices.
- Collect and return stray items to maintain high product levels.
- Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding stocking priorities.
- Use box cutters to open boxes and prepare products for display.
- Move and position pallets using manual pallet jacks.
- Create and update product signage and ensure accurate pricing.
- Set up display models and modify displays for safe handling.
- Clear aisles of debris, remove empty pallets, and maintain clean floors.
- Operate cardboard balers, trash compactors, and shrink-wrap machines.
- Assist members by helping load large items and directing them to products.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- No previous experience required.
PAY
- $20.00 per hour
