ABOUT THE JOB
As a Store Associate at Dollarama, you will support the smooth running of daily store operations. Your duties will range from unloading and stocking merchandise to assisting customers at the till and keeping the store clean and organized. Full-time and part-time roles are available based on store operational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unpack pallets and organize merchandise in the backroom and on the sales floor.
- Receive, stock and rotate products on shelves in line with Dollarama’s presentation standards.
- Ensure shelves are filled, faced and clearly ticketed so customers can easily find products.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service by greeting shoppers and responding to questions.
- Operate a cash register, process sales and handle basic returns in accordance with store procedures.
- Help maintain store cleanliness, including aisles, checkouts, fitting areas and common spaces.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and promptly report any hazards or incidents to management.
- Support price changes, promotional displays and seasonal merchandising as required.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to complete daily tasks and meet store performance goals.
