KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ABOUT THE JOB

    As a Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a diverse team and believe in the importance of training and coaching team members to maintain high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry, you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage shifts by ensuring your team has all the tools and support they need to succeed.
    • Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests, as well as all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment.
    • Recruit, train and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation.
    • Promote a respectful, inclusive team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding.
    • Oversee inventory, ordering and product rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous supervisory or management experience in Quick Service or a similar environment preferred.
    • Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple priorities.
    • Reliable, organized and committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
    • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
