ABOUT THE JOB
As a Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you help oversee the shift and ensure that operations run smoothly. You will guide team members, maintain product quality, support guest service and ensure compliance with Tim Hortons standards. You play a key role in creating a positive, safe and efficient work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure team members work safely following food safety and occupational health standards.
- Monitor workflow and support team members throughout the shift.
- Assist with training new hires and reinforcing company procedures.
- Help resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity.
- Ensure consistent product quality, proper portioning and correct preparation methods.
- Support inventory management, including counting and organizing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment and the overall restaurant.
- Assist with cash handling, deposits and daily administrative tasks.
- Lead by example to create a supportive team environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous supervisory or quick service restaurant experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks as required.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Basic English communication skills.
