ABOUT THE JOB

As a Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for overseeing the shift and maintaining high standards of service, product quality, productivity and cleanliness. You will support the Restaurant Manager, guide team members, and ensure that guests receive fast, friendly and accurate service at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure team members work safely and follow all occupational health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant during the shift.
  • Report any safety issues, incidents or equipment problems to management as required.
  • Supervise team members on shift, providing coaching, feedback and support.
  • Assist with training new employees on Tim Hortons standards and procedures.
  • Support cash handling, point-of-sale transactions and balancing where needed.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Ensure product quality, portioning and presentation meet brand expectations.
  • Help organize labour, assign tasks and make sure shift routines
